Update on Training

Today, I warmed up on the erg for 20 minutes then ran 5.5 miles at an efficient 9:50 min/mile...on the treadmill with a 0.5 incline to be easy on the knees.  My legs are getting stronger each day with the running/cross training, weightlifting, but most importantly stretching.  I spend about 20+ minutes stretching, which I find it is making it easier for me to run faster and farther.  My hamstrings give me the most trouble, but the nagging pain is becoming less constant.
